UPDATE: Social Media and Costco, Where are they?
The day after I published this post Social Media and Costco, Where are they? , I received quite nice comment from a Costco employee who confirmed what I thought: Costco does monitor the social media landscape. If it is not official, yet, at least, employees and advocates do monitor the wholesaler brand across social media.

Ryan C., Costco’s employee later sent me towards the Facebook Page that since my post, had been updated with Terms and use for employees; more information added also officialises Costco administration of the Facebook page.
This is a beginning, and although they administer the Facebook Page, Costco does not interact on it. The Wall is one-sided content from fans and employees. Mostly, advocates. My question below was not answered but I know why now.

Thanks Karima for this post.
Most of the people and especially the community managers don’t understand the tag’s power. Indeed just imagine if the Costco guy insert in a web-based contact manager some tags related to you, it will be really incredible to personalize each communications.
Just a Suggestion: why you don’t add subscribe to comments plug-in? It’s very helpful to follow the comments
Thanks Hicham,
Great suggestion!
Update: Thank you so much for the suggestion! It seems to work for now. Usually plug-in are a bit of an issue .
Hope to see you here soon,
